Cody services residential properties, rentals, strata sites and small commercial properties throughout Canberra and the ACT, subject to current scheduling and the project being within the services offered and the condition of the property.

Cody’s standard service rate is $70–$77 per hour plus materials, where applicable, with a three-hour minimum booking. The project scope is assessed before work is scheduled or a fixed quote is provided.

Yes. Cody provides an upfront project quote based on the service, property access, surface condition, materials, waste removal and estimated work time. Any change in scope should be agreed before additional work proceeds.

Yes. Cody’s Home Maintenance states that it carries $20 million public liability insurance for work performed within its property maintenance services.

Cody does not perform structural building work, major plumbing, electrical work, major roof work, major cabinetry alterations or projects requiring specialist trade licensing. Services are limited to appropriate property maintenance tasks.
